Hi, I noticed red dots under the days of my training sessions. Also there are more sessions this week than I’ve put in the schedule. Is that because it’s Hell Week?

Yep, that’s the hell week. One workout for seven days. But don’t worry, you don’t have to do them every day but can do them on your regular days. But if you’d like to challenge yourself you can do your hell week in one go, have fun

But I only got the red dots for Thu-Sun, not all week?
Your Hell Week starts on Thursday. As you can just see the actual week (as long as there are uncompleted sessions in your coach week), you will see the sessions Mon - Wed after completing your Sunday’s session.
Aha, but if I have scheduled 4 normal sessions (tue,wed,fri, sat) will those still count as a perfect week? Eventhough I do hell sesions on the same days (fri and sat)?

Yes, it will. Even if you just scheduled two days as regular coach sessions, you will gain the badge after your initial scheduled amount of sessions in a Hell Week.
