is there a way to postpone hellweek by adding for instance a few extra sessions? I have two days the coming week, where I cannot train - matter what - but I do not want to lose hellweek.

Hi @uwwo What about starting the Hell Week after your two days off?
also you donβt have to train every day on the hell week, just because it tells you so. If itβs about the badge, you only have to do the amount of sessions you wanted to do.
That would be ideal for me, how can I do this? Simply let the sessions slip?

Just plan a two session coach week beginning right after your two days off. This do the simple trick (in case your two days off are after Thursday, you can do a rest of two days in between. Itβs a challenge to do the hell week seven consecutive days - but not mandatory).
Thanks @melaLetics. Thatβs unfortunately not possible anymore. I think I go with @gameonplayerβs answer and have a break of two days with other activities and catch up the sessions thereafter
