I find skill progressions pretty useless. The coach keeps giving me skill progressions for skills that it has already been integrating into the main part of workouts for a long time. Sometimes this gets as absurd as the same workout session including the same exercise both in the skill progression as well as in the main part of the workout.
My suggestions:

If the user has performed a skill already in the past workouts and with a self-reported perfect technique, just consider the skill acquired and don’t serve it as a skill progression

Add a feature allowing a user to simply mark some skills as already acquired and exclude them from skill progressions. (the app currently only allows isolating specific skills as activated and deactivatin the rest - I am asking for a complementary feature to deactivate specific skills)
