when the coach is indicating β10kg β for a dumbbell exercise that is supposed to be done with 2 dumbbells, does this means 2x 5kg or 2x 10kg?
Also, does anybody knows how to add more dumbbell weights to the dumbbell wight settings after the training started. I bought one more pair and I just want to add it into the training.
If the Coach assigns 2 x 10kg, then you should do this exercise with two 10 kilogram dumbbells. Where the just assigns 10 kg, then you just use a total of 10 kg.
