Confusing Dumbbell instructions by coach

Hi everyone,
I really enjoy the new dumbbell journey. There is just one thing that I really don’t understand:

  • In my dumbbell weight settings, I assigned a single 7,5kg weight
  • The coach tells me to use 1 (?) single 7,5kg weight for an exercise that requires 2 weights (see first exercise in screenshot)

How does this work? I hope someone can help me out here :slight_smile: Below you find the screenshot.

Hi @dahniii welcome to the forum!

If you have only 1 dumbbell then you can alternate, 14 right hand and abs 14 left hand; instead of 14 both hand at the same time :slight_smile:
