I really enjoy the new dumbbell journey. There is just one thing that I really don’t understand:
- In my dumbbell weight settings, I assigned a single 7,5kg weight
- The coach tells me to use 1 (?) single 7,5kg weight for an exercise that requires 2 weights (see first exercise in screenshot)
How does this work? I hope someone can help me out here Below you find the screenshot.
