Edit dates/workouts

Hey there,
I’m trying to get my sleep schedule together and adding regular exercise seems promising. However, I’m still a night owl. I scheduled workouts for Sunday-Thursday and completed Monday’s workout technically on Tuesday early AM (12:50am). Now I see a sad and annoying empty circle on Monday in the calendar and Tuesday says I’ve completed my work out and asks if I’m hungry for more : ( this is not encouraging to see. Any suggestions? Is there a way to move the workout or change the date? Do I have to click the hungry for more option to add more programs for my actual Tuesday workout? Will the AI coach select it for me again? I’m hoping not to have to sift through a bunch of choices and decide on things. Thanks in advance for the help.
