I’d like to see better options for selecting how often to work out. The only way to do it currently is by days of the week, which is needlessly restrictive.
For example, I like to work out every three days. So that means:
- Week 1: Mon, Thu, Sun
- Week 2: Wed, Sat
- Week 3: Tue, Fri
This is a pain to manage; I have to keep remembering to change the days, sometimes more than once a week. If I forget, it hurts my consistency score. It would be much better if the app managed scheduling for me
