How do I find a missed workout?

This week I had to miss a workout session and want to do it today which is planned as a rest day. The problem is, I can not find what the workout was that I missed? It no longer shows up on the day it was planned for. :thinking:

You should find it in your next planned Coach Session.

Ahhhhh. Ok. So it’s not like other programs where Monday would be arms day, Tuesday back etc etc. it just continually rolls onward. Got it ! :ok_hand:

My understanding was that if i missed a session then it would roll onto the next day, but is this the next workout day or just the very next day? I am missing one session in order to record a perfect week and would love to do it today!

Let me answer this in a couple of parts :+1:t2:

If you miss a session, it will get pushed back to the next day (no matter what your scheduled training days are) and will keep getting pushed back each day until it’s completed, or you do a different session.

Any other days scheduled in the week, after that will get pushed back to the next scheduled training days.

eg. I have scheduled training on Wednesday and Friday each work.

I don’t train Wednesday, this session will get pushed back to Thursday. So I now have training scheduled on Thursday and Friday.

If I don’t Thursday, this session now moves to Friday, and the Friday session will move to the next schedule training day which would be Wednesday the following week.

You can do your Coach assigned training on whatever day you like, even if there are no days scheduled-just swipe to the following week in the Coach tab and select a session from the upcoming week.
