This week I had to miss a workout session and want to do it today which is planned as a rest day. The problem is, I can not find what the workout was that I missed? It no longer shows up on the day it was planned for.

Ahhhhh. Ok. So itβs not like other programs where Monday would be arms day, Tuesday back etc etc. it just continually rolls onward. Got it !
