I used to have Freeletics, back then it would give a detailed description of every single exercise. I am not a pro, so I need some guidance, and I want to make sure that I am doing it correctly. I don’t want to injure myself. Today I tried it and I can’t find that feature. and the app has become a bit confusing… Can somebody help me, please? Thanks,
Hi @ncarol23, there is a description in exercise’s video. You have to tap on video (a new screen pops up) und swipe upwards to open the description.
Oh, thanks!! For some reason, it was not functioning. I had to delete and reinstall the app. now it is functioning. thanks though !! I thought they had eliminated that function
