Freeletics shut down mid workout

In the middle of a god workout in my training journey, freeletics shut down on my ipad. As a result, my god workout was not logged. Was the shut down due to my ipad or the app? I’m annoyed that my workout wasn’t logged. Thanks

It’s hard to know what happened here exactly without technical information-was it a problem with the app or your iPad, we probably will never know unless it continues to happen and we can collect this.

But, should this ever happen, typically it will happen when the device shuts down or by accidentally cancelling out of the workout you should always feel able to log the workout manually
