Hi. Didn’t want to do the full workout today so changed the number of reps and the weight. I did 2 of the 6 suggested sets but there is no way to record this. I had to click through the 6 sets and tell the couch I couldn’t complete the reps. The coach thinks I moved over 2000kg this session.
How do I tell the coach that I didn’t do 6 sets? There is no way of exiting the interval and save what has been done.
Any suggestions?

In a weighted journey you can’t tell the coach that. Only the things it asks you at the end of the interval. You’ll maybe have to adjust next time to make things lighter for you though.

Instead of doing 2 sets with 10 reps, do all 5 sets with 2 rep each - at least as far as the app is concerned. This way your weights are not showing unrealistically
