How to Log Past Workouts to Maintain Streaks and Badges?

Hi,

Is it possible to add workouts for past dates?

I’m going on a 10-day retreat where I won’t have access to my phone or the Freeletics app.

  1. Can I log my workouts after I return to keep my daily streak and ‘Perfect Week’ badges intact?
  2. I’m in the middle of the Dumbbell Journey—will it pick up where I left off after 10 days, or will I lose those workouts?

Thanks!

Hey :wave:t2: I’ll answer each of your questions below :point_down:t2:

1. Can I log my workouts after I return to keep my daily streak and ‘Perfect Week’ badges intact?

No, with such a break your streaks will end. That’s completely normal though-please don’t get despondent about that. The badges are there to help you keep consistent, but if you have a break, then that’s absolutely normal and expected. Sometime’s the badges can put too much pressure on you to train at the costs of everything else. Just enjoy your holiday! You’ll likely come back to training fully recovered and in a really good place.

2. I’m in the middle of the Dumbbell Journey—will it pick up where I left off after 10 days, or will I lose those workouts?

No. They will simply get shuffled back and will be there when you come back.

Enjoy your break!

Thanks, Ben! Glad to hear the dumbbell journey will continue once I’m back.

During those 10 days, I plan to keep working out, so it won’t be a complete break—just not structured within Freeletics. I wish there were a feature to retrospectively log workouts or sync them from an Apple Watch (I have access to the watch, but not the phone)

Ah, if you’re working out whilst away and logging those workouts in Apple Health, they will sync to your Base when you come back and open the app :+1:t2:

Maybe that’s what your question was initially asking - sorry if I misunderstood!
