How to mix intervals

I’m about to finish the hybrid strength interval. It is my third time in a row. In the bext one I would lije to change to dumbells, but I would like to keep the posibility to do 2 days a week dumbells and other day of an interval without weights, in the same way as hybrid strength works. Is that possible?

Hi Buddy, you can select the dumbbell journey and once you have no equipment ready, choose „I have no equipment“ in the quick adapt section.
That would be an option, if I got your question correctly
