Ideas for future improvements

  • since you can only select 5 days to train per week and you need 18 min per day to keep the streak: 2 of however much days you need to keep the streak going. active streching or recovery workouts on the days that you don’t need to train. without the need to puzzle this together yourself.
  • the option to replace an exercise in during intervals without changing the whole workout: say i have an injury somewhere but can still train and i like the interval that the apps suggest, but one exercise is no good. you then can replace that one with an other one without having to change the compleet workout.
  • being able to change the time to longer duration on every training. i’ve had workouts that only lasted 18 min but still felt fresh afterwards, or i’m having a good day and would like to workout for 60 min.
  • garmin smartwatch integration
  • not a requested fearture, but sometimes i’m confused when the app is saying do 25 climbers. Is this 25 each leg of 25 total? the same when you need to do 30 pull ups, does splitting this in 15 or 10’s count as perfect execution?
