Including older version in app

Hi,

Long time user - I’ve been using the app on and off since 2018.

I know a few people have voiced similar concerns but as a bodyweight-only user I generally found much better results on the old version of the app - back around 2018. The workouts were harder but got far better results.

I now find them generally very easy and demotivating. Even resorting to clicking through workouts selecting ‘far too easy’ just hoping it will come up with something more difficult. This just seems to lead to the app generating mammoth length sessions rather than harder movements. I have tried this with ‘ultimate strength’, ‘weight free gains’ and ‘hardcore’. People are right when they say hardcore is most like the old version, but it seems to go for enormous length workouts far more than the old one did.

Is it possible to have a ‘legacy mode’ in the app? I’m at the stage now of trying to generate something better for me using chatgpt and sadly leaving the app as it is just not getting me anywhere and wasting precious workout time.

I hope but it is hard. Old version is more hard and gains a lot. Current version is so soft. I think they could add a new journey but they add one journey in one year, generally

I’ve just discovered the pdfs. I will switch to those. They look more like it used to be.

Will watch out to see if things improve in the app itself, would be nice to be doing it ‘properly’.
