In the App the KSP are mentioned as a main for building chest muscles. I cannot see how this training does that. Tbh it doesn’t feel very different from the kettlebell swings. Wouldn’t it make sense to change them to ‘Sumo deadlift high pulls’? While it’s still not for building chest it is more beneficial for other muscle groups such as upper back. In it’s current state the sumo Pulls don’t make any sense imo, because there is already the kettlebell swings.
Both exercises are a full body exercise that do work similar muscle groups, but a bit of exercise variety is a good thing
