Knee injury workout modification

Please really do consider that Freeletics is not designed for Athletes that may have an injury, something that we have talked about a lot, for example :point_down:t2:

Knee injurys can be the absolute worst, so first of all it’s hugely important to get some medical input. Even a lot of the jumping exercises can exacerbate knee injuries.

Having said that, it is something that some Athletes do to switch up their training :+1:t2: I would usually advise to do it for about the same time it would have taken to perform the running sprint. Or another rule of thumb would be to double the distance.
