Hey Athletes
Some of you might have noticed that we started to introduce some new gym equipment in to the Ultimate Strength Training Journey.
In total there’s another 32 new exercises, including exercises like Cable Crunches, Chest Presses and Lat Pulldowns added to the Coach pool with the below equipment:
- Chest Press Machine
- Leg Extension Machine
- Butterfly Station
- Leg Lift Station
- Pulley System
- Lat Pulldown Cable
Again, this equipment is only integrated in to Ultimate Strength. If you are training to build muscle, this is absolutely the best Training Journey to be on.
