Did anyone notice that we “snuck” out an update on Friday?
Essentially as of now, all Coach subscribers are able to perform all time-based exercises in the Single Exercise section of the Explore tab. That makes an additional 77 exercises then that Athletes can access here including active hangs, plank holds and also some stretches. You are able to select the exercises and a predetermined time up to 5 mins.
