Introducing: The Ultimate Burn Training Journey
Reach your weight-loss goals faster than ever before with the latest personalized workout plan to hit the app. Designed specifically for fat loss, Ultimate Burn combines a balanced mix of strength workouts, steady-state cardio, intervals, and bodyweight HIIT.
It’s a 12-week progressive plan that helps build lean muscle and maximize calorie burn. Expect more cardio and less rest than with Ultimate Strength. Here’s what’s new in the Ultimate Burn Training Journey
What’s inside Ultimate Burn
The plan features four distinct types of sessions to keep you progressing:
- HIIT Strength: High-intensity muscle building.
- Conditioning Intervals: High-rep, low-rest. Think individualized God workouts!
- Cardio Intervals: Short bursts of speed and power to increase VO2 max.
- Steady-State Cardio: Consistent, recovery-focused movement.
- Plus the Mobility Days you know and love
What’s New?
- New Conditioning Intervals: high-intensity sessions with no rest between exercises and only short breaks between rounds. Like “God workouts,” but personalized.
- Equipment: Mostly bodyweight, but with some added Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Ab Wheels, or Suspension Straps if you have them.
- Rep Ranges: 10–40 reps, depending on the exercise
- Flexible Cardio Sessions: Cardio is now fully integrated and assigned by the Coach. You can run, cycle, or row for this section; either indoors or outdoors – it’s up to you.
- Steady-State: starts at 20 minutes and progresses
- Cardio Intervals: alternate between HIIT bursts and active rest
- New Equipment & Audio Cues: The Coach now assigns cardio based on the equipment you select. You can always tap “Adapt session” to switch to a treadmill, indoor bike, or rower.
We’ve also added audio cues to cardio interval sessions to make it easier to go from one interval to the next.
