Why why why does it give me dumbbell exercises but DOES NOT GIVE ME WEIGHT OF THE DUMBBELL???
Hi @RonE , what journey are you on? The Coach provides weight for Dumbbell in the Ulitmate Strength JOurney and the DB Gain JOurney.
My goal is: improve fitness
Hi @RonE , are on the Db strength or Ultimate Strength program? If not, then the Coach will not assign weight. This is a current flaw of the app.
