Due to a problem with the discs in my lower spine I can’t do impact exercises. It would be great if there was a feature to customise workouts to eliminate these.
Freeletics is a HIT concept, biggest muscle groups are located in the lower body and plyometrics are amazing exercises for that.
Just a personal feeling, doing this will limit the exercises extremely and you basically looking for something completely different than a HIT trainings concept.

Hey @FionaS , you can use the adapt feature to get rid of all explosive movements by selecting “I need to train quietly” or even by removing areas of your body by selecting “I want to exclude certain body area”.
However, I think it would be best to ask your health professional or physio for specific movement that can do.
If there are specific movements that you can’t do, you can also remove them in your coach settings
