I’d like to suggest creating a journey focused specifically on weightlifting or adding Cleans and Snatches to existing Journeys like Barbell Gain or Hybrid Strength.
Both Cleans and Snatches are foundational weightlifting exercises that are excellent for developing explosive strength, power, and coordination. These movements engage multiple muscle groups, enhancing overall athleticism while promoting strength and flexibility. Including these lifts would add significant value to the program, helping users make faster progress in their strength gains and improve functional fitness.
Incorporating Snatches and Cleans into Freeletics could also provide users with a more well-rounded experience in weightlifting, making the existing Journeys more comprehensive and effective. Additionally, introducing progressive sets and detailed technique guidance would help ensure users perform these lifts safely and correctly as they advance.
