How can I schedule training sessions with bodyweight ONLY?

You can choose a bodyweight only journey from the explore tab, down at the bottom in “Training Journeys”

If you don’t have any equipment available in Coach setting, your sessions are bodyweight only.
Edit: for single session and not in general, use the Quick Adapt. There is an option for “no equipment”.
