Option to Adapt to a Longer Session

I think it would be helpful to be able to create a longer session. The “Adapt Session” button allows you to make a shorter session, but sometimes I have extra time and want a longer one. Thoughts?

In this case, I usually switch to a harder session or select something special from explore tab (like the workout of the week). This will also be taken into account by the coach :slight_smile:
