Why doesn’t the trainer take into account your previous weights and your progress on the same training journey? Every time I finish a training journey and start again the same, I have tell my pr’s in some movements, like bent rows, bench press…. emphasized text
Hi @ajmcorbacho , I think the app does this just in case you have taken a break, or did another training plan for a while. This was the coach knows exactly where you’re at when starting the journey.
