Progressive exercise disclosure in a coach session

Hello! I’m not sure if this is just me, but after chatting with a friend who has a human trainer at his gym, I was wondering if this might be hindering the progress of people on Freeletics (at least it works this way for me).

Some days, when I see the next day’s workout, let’s say I see a hundred burpees or something, I have a mental block. I might procrastinate or delay that workout, or even skip that workout sometimes, not often, but it does consume my willpower bandwidth. I’m just comparing my experience with a human trainer, where every day you just show up to the gym and you’re not sure what the trainer is going to tell you, so it’s a surprise in a good way. It’s progressive disclosure to me as the trainee

Can we do something similar, at least as an optional feature, where I can choose something like progressive disclosure, where I’ll see only the time duration of the workout on any given day until I start the workout? That way I know how much time to allocate for that day’s workout and plan accordingly while still not being afraid or worried about all the tough exercises.
