Rate my program, Im 68kg , 179cm, 16 y.o. have underdeveloped back and delts but overdeveloped biceps. So , what do y’all thinking about this program?
Hi, at 16 and 179 cm / 68 kg it’s unlikely you have “overdeveloped biceps”. Most often arms just look big because the torso (delts, chest, back, legs) is still underbuilt.
This program is quite imbalanced - legs and back are light, while chest, delts and triceps get a lot of work. If you have any imbalance, this would likely push it further.
For your age and size, a simpler frame-building style program works better: more legs, rows, overhead pressing and hip-hinge movements, and less arm isolation.
