I’m 10 sessions into the Ultimate Strength programme and so far haven’t been given a single bicep exercise. I’m becoming pretty disillusioned with the programme as biceps are obviously an important muscle.
I previously completed the dumbell strength programme and there were biceps exercises every day. I still have my adjustable dumbells registered and have strength training selected as a goal.
The biceps do indeed get worked in a lot of the upper body compound exercises, but they will also make an appearance in more Bicep specific exercises such as Bicep Curls later in your Journey.
