Hello!
I’m not very stretchy so stretches such as pancake stretches seem quite a way off for me.
It would be nice to have a related stretches, alternative stretches or stretches that would help me progress to the hard ones as a list or a ‘cant do this one, try these ones’ group of streches.
It would also be nice to be able to select a group of streches as a daily stretches feature (kind of similar to daily challenges but on going)?
