Hi guys, just wondering if there’s a way to restart a program? I became sick the day after starting and haven’t been able to train since, I was hoping to start again on Monday.
You don’t need to restart. Just start your next training session. If you think you need to, you can use the quick adapt in order to get an easier session. If your pause due to illness was longer than (I guess) 10 days, the coach should automatically ask if you want to scale down.
Hi @claytonsmith76 , if you really want to restart a journey, you can just start another one, and change back to the one you want to do.
