I am a long- time user (I think at least 12 years) and I tried almost all workouts.
I’d like to compete in some triathlon sprint and I have fixed days in may schedule for swimming - hence rides and runs can be adjusted.
I’d like to integrare some strength training in my program; I’d like to avoid prorams with runs 'cause I wasn’t satisfied with the freeletics running program, a few years ago.
Any suggestion on the best journey to complement triathlon
