Hi Everyone. I think it would be very useful if the coach would suggest a weight interval (e.g. 10-14kg or resistance 1-2 for bands) for all the exercises with weights or resistance bands during the journeys. This way we would have some guidance on the weight we should use for the exercises. The coach could use an algorithm based on our barbell exercises, bodyweight, DAS value or just the previously recorded weight for those exercises. I think this would be very useful to avoid under or over training by selecting the wrong weights for a given exercise.

Hi @nsnown That would be great indeed! at the moment this feature is only available in the weight journey. It would be very useful in other journeys as well

Yeah. It’s 18 months later now… Struggling with getting an idea of which resistance band and grading of these exercises for myself. Except if I have no idea where to look.
