I am wondering what happens when I create and do a new workout. For instance, if I have a fiven workout the next day it will change because it detects I have much done in the chest and the chest exercises will be changed for other muscle group? Would the other working days adapt then?
So generally speaking, completed custom workouts will not be considered by the Coach when it comes to assigning your future sessions. So your Coach assigned Training sessions will not change as a result.
