Hi I am new to Freeletics. I have been doing it for a week now and suddenly start to feel de motivated as I do it alone and also work impact. How do you guys handle motivation challenges.
Hi, the best thing for me is just make it a routine and notice that I feel better when doing sports in comparison to not. Even if I donβt feel like it, Iβll still work out, sometimes a bit shorter but I still work out.
