6-12-25 training plan - a new training Journey?


As some of you may know, the 6-12-25 training plan have some interesting advantages, including a great merge between strength and cardio.

It would be very fun to have a new training journey organized with the 6-12-25 training plan. This will be a very good complement to the hybrid journey, isn’t it ?

I’ve tried to create my own 6-12-25 with the built-in workout creator, but it’s not as easy as it sounds.

What do you think ?
