I will be done with hybrid strength in a few weeks, I’m looking for advice on which training journey to select next. My main goal is to gain more muscle, hybrid strength has done this for me so far but I want to take it further. At the same time I don’t want to neglect cardio and I wish to continue to advance it as well.
I totally agree, I have done hybrid strength 3 times in a row, and I expected the coach will change exercises and adapt them to my new improvement, but this has not happpened. I don’t know what to choose next
