Allows time adaptation to 15 or 30 mins. If I press ‘30 mins’ then I sometimes get a workout of around 23 mins.
I understand that the workout cannot exactly match my input duration. But why not add a sliding scale rather than discrete entries so that I can move up the number of minutes until it creates the closest approximation that suits my time available?
Otherwise maybe just add a few more options as discrete entries?
