Adapt workout - not really

Hello,
I used Freeletics several years ago, and I recently reinstalled it. I started a coaching program (freeletics hardcore), but I’m sometimes dissatisfied with the workouts offered. Most of the time, I’d like to make them harder, longer, or just have different exercise suggestions.

When I click on “Adapt session” and “Create a new session,” nothing changes.

I remember that in the past (a few years ago), there were many more options to adjust sessions.
Here, aside from “I have no space,” “no equipment,” “exclude a body part,” or “I only have 15 minutes,” I don’t see any other options.

How can I change a session, make it longer, get other exercise suggestions, or make it harder?

Hi @jason.mcphil the Freeletics Hardcore Journey is one with limited adapt options available. It’s experience is “an updated version” of the old experience back in the days with pdf plans - back in these days, there were no options to adapt. I deliberately call the Hardcore Journey an updated version, as science has now shown that pure HI(I)T training is not sustainable and that a mix of HI(I)T and LI(I)T is better in long terms.
