Freelectics Hardcore

Hi. Anyone else experienced the programme being limited to a few exercises? I am doing Freelectics Hardcore and it is basically burpees, lunges, squats and sit ups for 5 weeks.

Pullup bar is mandatory, do you have this selected?

Yes and have done pull ups but only occasionally. This was another frustration. Then I two days of pull ups which I struggled tomcomplete

May I asked how long you are training overall or with Freeletics. Hardcore wouldn’t be my starter journey, but later if I’m used to lots of repetitions.
What was your expectation choosing that journey?

Thanks. Year and a half. I have built up to it. From the description I was expecting to progress to more challenging exercises not limited exercises with high reps. I think I am going to try Hybrid next

Well it is, but mostly volume.

More challenging means more strength needed?

Yes and a range of movements. That is one of the reasons a look for variety of exercises

I also saw strongly repetitive coach days in Hardcore Training Journey if user uses any quick adapt, trains with rare space, quite option or no runnings.
