Is there a way to add running or cycling to your weekshedule, now i cant. I would like to have a shedule based on which movements I have done in the past. So no squats after the day of 3 hours cycling.

You can already adjust your session and remove leg exercises. Anyway, I would love to have cycling as an exercise too.

I do the same. Itβd be great if the coach would be βsmarterβ and consider those sort of stuff.
