Is there a way to add running or cycling to your weekshedule, now i cant. I would like to have a shedule based on which movements I have done in the past. So no squats after the day of 3 hours cycling.

You can already adjust your session and remove leg exercises. Anyway, I would love to have cycling as an exercise too.

I do the same. It’d be great if the coach would be “smarter” and consider those sort of stuff.

I think what would be good is if you could setup dual training sessions, one for resistance and one for cardio. That way you could specify what cardio you want to do and on what days. It would also allow the app to monitor and adapt sessions based on your overall goal
