Adding pull-ups to workout

Hi,

I started with strength training program with dumbless.
I don’t have a barbell but I do have a pull-up bar.
Is there a way to integrate that exercise into my workout plan?
I currently see it only as a single exercise (in Explore section).

Same goes for bands btw.

There is no way because the pullup bar is not an optional equipment for that Training Journey. But you can of course choose all exercises from Explore Tab and perform them by your own.

Edit: Strength Bands aren’t integrated in any Training Journey by now. So also here is the only option to choose the exercises or intervals in Explore Tab by your own.
