I want to become more flexible.

Is there a self-created workout that is great to achieve this goal?

Do you know, that’s one thing I don’t see many of-self created stretching workouts.

Any recommendations for a full body stretching session? Would you say warming up is necessary for this?

Try the 360 Flexibility Flow, I think it takes around 10 minutes) for a full body stretching routine (although it does contain scorpions :sweat_smile:).

I think it’s very important to warm-up before stretching yes :+1:t2:
