Three days ago I tore my left triceps. I am currently in the middle of one of the ‘training journey’ plans. Is it possible to discontinue triceps-loading exercises during recovery and continue the plan without avoiding the rest of exercises? I can crunches, sit-ups, squats, lunges and so on. But have issuses with pullups and pushups… werid - I haven’t problem with planks.
Hi @Adorovsky, using the quick adapt you can exclude the triceps from your session. But keep in mind: this feature is for muscle soreness not for injuries! So it would probably better to let’s check it first from a doctor that it’s still ok to train (even those exercises which are painless).
