Barbell gain changed?

Has the barbell gain workout changed?

I completed it a few months back and have returned to it. The focus seems to have shifted from muscle gain to hypertrophic with standard rep counts and gradual weight increases.

Previously the weight increases were paired with lower reps.

I believe Freeletics made an update to the AI to enable the Coach to change the rep scheme depending on your goal and specific need.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the Journey “Muscle Gain” is more focused on hypertrophy training as this is a staple for gaining muscles.
