Barbell strength journey

Hi. I just have a question about the organisation of this journey as I have 4 sets of 10 reps bench press on two consecutive days which feels a lot and not great for chest and anterior delt recovery. Also ab exercises in only one day of the three, which doesn’t feel like enough? Finally, will there be the option to edit time, intensity and exercises in this journey like there is with the ultimate strength?someone please help with the logic behind this? Thank you
