As @gabriel already told… calisthenix is not just HIIT and bodyweight, calisthenix contains more difficult tricks like planche and leveler variations…
Great so then your asking for more exercises, skill progression, and equipment to be added for calisthenics.
At least myself when I am asking for “calisthenic trainings” I want new exercises and new skill pathes.
New equipment I don’t think is much necessary, with a vertical pole and a pull-up bar you can do most of them. The only one I think could be added is parallel bars.
I like this suggestion. Although the complexity of calisthenics might make this a difficult task via an app, I’d love to see it done
