I want to now if I can change excercises in workouts in the Kettlebell Journey? (or what is the best kettlebell program here?).
Due to psoriatic arthritis I can only perform well with a limited amount of excercises and with light kettlebells.

Then Iβd advise you the ultimate strength journey and only putting kettlebell as available equipment.

You can exclude the most exercises out of any journey, yes. And I think you should be able to exchange them as well. I havenβt used it as a kettlebell only journey but I think itβd be the best journey there is for you.
