You can just adapt your training by excluding the lower and upper legs but it may not be perfect.
You should also listen to your body than what the coach says. Freeletics is also rather for healthy people, so be careful.
Thanks. Yeah. I adapted the set. But it didn’t give me what I wanted. Luckily my calves are healed. I’ll go easy next time. Lol
You can also go on the explore tab and select a workout for specific muscle groups. Some with equipment have relatively few leg involvement.
