Choosing a program

Hello, im new to this app, and i want to choose a program that is about bodyweight and without any running. Hiw to i choose this?

When you select a journey, the coach will ask you about your priorities (strength, cardio, fitness, losing fat etc.) and whether you want any equipment or rather with bodyweight then it’ll give you a recommendation. You can also turn running off in the settings then.
